Caring for your jewelry

My gemstone jewelry is designed to last you forever, with minimal maintenance:

Storage: When not being worn, all finer jewelry will benefit from storage in a cool dark place, with minimal exposure to humidity. Your jewelry box is perfect. Take care to keep necklaces separate as they will invariably tangle together.

Cleaning: Please avoid "Dip/Soak" solutions, jewelry cleaning machines, and any harsh chemicals for your jewelry - these will damage gemstones and fine metals. Silver will naturally tarnish over time, but a polishing cloth, or a very mild soap and sponge cleansing, work well done every now and then.

Bathing/Swimming: Due to potential chemicals in pools, and impacts of salt water, stone jewelry should not be exposed to either for any prolonged period - losing jewelry in the ocean is also a sure way to ruin a vacation.
